COCO LOCO COCKTAIL


INGREDIENTS

  • 120ml Bacardi white rum
  • 90ml Bacardi Gold rum
  • 540ml pineapple juice
  • 120ml fresh lime juice
  • 180ml coconut water
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) amaretto liqueur
  • 30ml grenadine
  • Ice cubes
  • 6 coconut halves, to serve (see note)
  • Fresh pineapple leaves, to serve

EQUIPMENT

  • Fresh orchids, to serve

How to Make

    1.Combine the Bacardis, juices, coconut water, amaretto, grenadine and ice cubes in a large jug.

    2.Pour into the coconut halves. Serve with pineapple leaves and fresh orchids.

    NOTES

    This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to cater for more guests if you're having a large gathering.
