INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup passionfruit sorbet
  • 4 strawberries, hulled, thinly sliced
  • 750ml bottle sparkling white wine, chilled

How to Make

1.Place 1 tablespoon sorbet and 4 strawberry slices in each of 6 champagne flutes. Top with wine. Serve.
