Eclairs

Ingredients :

Cake flour 125 gr
175 ml water
Margarine as much as 100 grams
½ tsp salt
Eggs as 4 grains

To contents of ingredients:

200 g granulated sugar
As many as 1 tsp margarine
½ tsp salt
Cornstarch 60 gr
450 ml of liquid milk
¼ tsp chocolate pasta sebnayak
1 egg yolk

For the sauce ingredients:

Brown ripe concentrated 150 gr
White cooking chocolate as much as 25 grams, melted

How to make : 

Provide a pot and boiled together with salt, maragarine, until cooked and boil, remove from heat and set aside. Add the flour, butter, mix well and cook until the dough is smooth, remove from heat and let cool.

Bahan-bahan yang digunakan :
  • Tepung terigu protein sedang sebanyak 125 gr
  • Air sebanyak 175 ml
  • Margarin sebanyak 100 gr
  • Garam sebanyak ½ sdt
  • Telur sebanyak 4 btr
Untuk bahan isi :
  • Gula pasir sebanyak 200 gr
  • Margarin sebanyak 1 sdt
  • Garam sebanyak ½ sdt
  • Tepung maizena sebanyak 60 gr
  • Susu cair sebanyak 450 ml
  • Pasta coklat sebnayak ¼ sdt
  • Kuning telur sebanyak 1 btr
Untuk bahan pencelup :
  • Coklat masak pekat sebanyak 150 gr
  • Coklat masak putih sebanyak 25 gr, lelehkan

Cara Membuat :

Sediakan panci dan rebus bersama garam, maragarine, hingga matang dan mendidih, angkat dan sisihkan. Tambahkan tepung terigu, mentega, aduk hingga merata dan masak hingga adonan kalis, angkat dan dinginkan.
Masukan telur secara perlahan, aduk hingga rata. Setelah adonan rata masukan adonan kedalam plastik yang berbentuk segitiga kemudian semprotkan adonan ke loyang yang berukuran 4 cm.
Masukan kedalam oven dengan suhu 200° hingga matang, sisihkan.
Membuat bahan isi : Sediakan panci dan rebus susu cair, garam, gula pasir hinga matang dan mendidih, masukan tepung maizena dan masak hingga adonan mengental. Tambahkan margarin, coklat pasta, aduk hingga merata.
Masukan saus coklat kedalam plastik yang berbentuk segitiga, kemudian belah eclair tetapi jangan sampai putus, kemudian semprotkan bahan isi eclair. Eclair celupkan kedalam coklat yang sudah di larutkan kemudian bnetuk coretan putih
Eclair siap disajikan
