TURKEY & BRIE SANDWICH


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoon sweet potato dip (or homemade mash)
  • 4 slices Abbott’s Village Bakery Harvest Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds
  • 100g roast turkey, sliced
  • 2 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 60g brie, sliced
  • Handful of snow pea sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon fig chutney

How to Make


1.Spread the sweet potato dip over 2 slices of bread. Top with the turkey, cucumber, brie and sprouts. Spread the chutney over the remaining slices and place on top of sandwiches to cover.
