HOW TO MAKE THE CLASSIC FRENCH CREPE
INGREDIENTS 125gm - 1 cup flour 2 whole eggs Pinch of Salt 300ml - One and 3/8 cup of milk 20gm - 1 tbsp butter | HOW TO MAKE
1.Sieve the flour into mixing bowl.
2.To the bowl, add two eggs.
3.Add a pinch of salt.
4.Whisk into a paste of use electric beaters to avoid lumps.
5.Slowly add the milk while still mixing.
6.Add the melted butter and mix well into mixture. (Strain if mixture appears lumpy)
7.Grease a non stick pan, heat fairly hot and pour a little mixture to pan whilst tilting the pan to cover all.
8.Once edges appear slightly brown, flip or turn over with spatula.
9.Pile them on a plate ready to eat.

Notes
