FIG RICOTTA & WALNUT OPEN SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS
4 slices Abbott’s Village Bakery Harvest Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds, toasted
125g (1/2 cup) low-fat smooth ricotta
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 figs, sliced
2 tablespoon walnuts, toasted, chopped
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
Manuka honey, to drizzle (optional)
How to Make
1.Spread ricotta over each slice of toast. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with fig, walnut and chia seeds. Drizzle with honey, if you like.
