BERRY BOMB


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
  • 2 frozen bananas, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup (280g) vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (150g) frozen raspberries

How to Make

1.Place the blackberries and 2 tbs water in a food processor and process until smooth. Pour half the blackberry mixture evenly between serving glasses.

2.Place the oats, banana, yoghurt and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour two-thirds of the banana mixture into a bowl and reserve.

3.Add the remaining blackberry mixture to the remaining banana mixture in the blender and blend to combine. Divide evenly between the glasses.

4.Place half the reserved banana mixture in a blender with the raspberries. Blend until smooth. Divide evenly between the glasses. Top with the remaining reserved banana mixture to serve.
