Strawberry Turkish Delight

Ingredient A:
1 cup water
2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice (I skip)
Ingredient B:
1 cup strawberry juice
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cream of tar-tar
little red coloring (optional)
1 tbsp rosewater (I skip)
Dusting ingredient:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch

How to Make
 Ingredient A boiled until the sugar dissolves. For 30 minutes. (In the original tutorial, suggested the  solution reaches a temperature of 115 ° C) and then set aside.
 Mix all the ingredients B in one pot, boiled while in MIXER. Until the solution becomes pasty glue.
 Put the gradual solution of sugar (ingredient A) into the pan B. Then briefly mixer until well  blended.
 Boil over low heat for 1 hour. Stirring every 10 minutes.
Transfer to mold coated baking paper and spread with vegetable oil. Let stand for 4-5 hours.

  1. bahan A:
  2. 1 cup air
  3. 2 cup gula pasir

  10. 1 sdm air mawar (saya skip)
  11. bahan dusting:
  12. 1 cup gula bubuk
  13. 1/4 cup tepung maizena
  14. Cara Membuat

    1. Rebus bahan A sampai gula larut. Selama 30 menit. (Di tutorial asli, larutannya disarankan mencapai suhu 115°C) lalu sisihkan.
    2. Campur semua bahan B dalam 1 panci, rebus sambil di MIXER. Sampai larutan menjadi seperti bubur lem.
    3. Masukan bertahap larutan gula (bahan A) ke dalam panci B. Lalu mixer sebentar sampai tercampur rata.
    4. Rebus dengan api kecil selama 1 jam lagi. Tiap 10 menit di aduk.
    5. Transfer ke cetakan yg di lapisi kertas roti dan diolesi minyak sayur. Diamkan selama 4-5 jam.
    6. Taburi permukaan talenan / tempat utk memotong dengan campuran gula bubuk dan maizena. Letakan turkis delight di atasnya, taburi lg dengan gula. Lalu potong dengan pisau *tips: pisau di olesi minyak sayur dulu agar tidak mudah menempel.
    7. Bedaki potongan turkis delight dengan gula agar tidak menempel satu sama lain. Berikan extra gula bubuk wadah penyimpanannya juga.
    8. Siap dinikmati Teksturnya mirip dodol, kenyal.
