POTATO DONUTS

INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg wheat flour (super quality)
4 eggs
1/4 kg of potatoes
1/4 kg of butter
10 grams of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
4 tablespoons of full cream milk powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup water (about 100 ml)
Right amount of cooking oil


Ingredients Topping

100 grams of dark cooking chocolate melted
1 tablespoon margarine

How to Make

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into several pieces and steam until cooked and tender.

7. Let stand for about 20 minutes to allow the dough to rise very well.

8. Form the dough that have expanded into a donut. You can shape it by hand or by printing it with a donut mold.

9. Heat the oil and fry the donuts until golden yellow color and mature.

10. Fried donuts with a small flame so that the donuts are fully formed.

11. Donuts are ripe can be given in the form of dark chocolate topping, chocolate strawberries, powdered sugar, or to taste meses.
