Korea Kimbab


Ingredients :

4 sheets kim (dried seaweed) triangular 4 and black
2 cups cooked rice
1 egg omelet, sliced thin
50 grams of carrots, sliced thin as matchsticks
50 grams danmuji (pickled radish), cut like matchsticks
50 grams of spinach, cleaned and then boiled briefly with salt water, then filtered
50 grams of ham (can be replaced with meat, tuna, cheese) cut into matchsticks
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
A little salt and cooking oil

How to make :

Combine rice with 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
Saute carrots with a little oil.
Pour over the rice and roll kim.
Arrange carrots, spinach, scrambled eggs, ham, danmuji on the front top of the rice.
Scroll kim together with its contents.
Cut by 1 centimeter.
Serve.

Bahan :

4 lembar kim (rumput laut yang dikeringkan) berbentuk segi 4 dan berwarna hitam
2 mangkok nasi
1 butir telur dadar, iris tipis
50 gram wortel, iris tipis seperti korek api
50 gram danmuji ( asinan lobak), potong seperti korek api
50 gram bayam, bersihkan lalu rebus sebentar dengan air garam, lalu di saring
50 gram ham ( bisa diganti dengan daging, tuna, keju) potong korek api
1 sendok makan minyak wijen
1 sendok makan cuka
Sedikit garam dan minyak goreng

Cara Membuat :

Campurkan nasi dengan 1/2 sendok makan minyak wijen, cuka, dan sedikit garam.
Tumis wortel dengan sedikit minyak.
Tuang dan ratakan nasi diatas kim.
Atur wortel, bayam, telur dadar, ham, danmuji di bagian depan atas nasi.
Gulunglah kim bersama dengan isinya.
Potong sebesar 1 senti meter.
Sajikan.
