Churros con Chocolate

Ingredients :

150 ml water
50 grams of margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon sugar
150 grams of flour, sifted
2 eggs
cooking oil to taste

Mix sugar sprinkles:

100 grams sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

chocolate sauce :

150 grams of chocolate (according to taste, milk or pure)
1 tablespoon milk

How to Make :

Heat the water, margarine, salt, sugar to boiling margarine.
Pour the flour in 3 parts, stir, reduce heat. Stir for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, break the eggs one by one in the batter and stir well.
Put the mixture in a piping bag with a serrated syringe
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Press dough from piping bag over skillet to shell out the dough 10 cm, cut. Repeat until the skillet is full.
Churros fried until golden brown.
Serve warm with a sprinkling of sugar, cinnamon and cocol in brown sauce.

Bahan

150 ml air
50 gram margarine
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdm gula pasir
150 gram terigu, ayak
2 butir telur
minyak goreng secukupnya 

Taburan gula Campur: 

100 gram gula pasir
1 sdt bubuk kayu manis

Saus coklat

150 gram coklat (sesuai selera, milk atau pure)
1 sdm susu

Cara membuat :
  1. Panaskan air, margarine, garam, gula hingga margarine mendidih.
  2. Tuang terigu dalam 3 bagian, aduk rata, kecilkan api. Aduk selama 2 menit.
  3. Angkat dari api, pecahkan telur satu demi satu di adonan, aduk rata.
  4. Masukkan adonan di piping bag dengan spuit bergerigi
  5. Panaskan minyak di wajan.
  6. Tekan adonan dari piping bag diatas wajan hingga keluar adonan 10 cm, potong. Ulangi hingga wajan penuh.
  7. Goreng Churros hingga kuning kecoklatan.
  8. Hidangkan hangat dengan taburan gula pasir, kayu manis dan cocol di saus coklat.
